Craig is among the most qualified professionals in the Southwest, and has authored several books and videos on healing and reaching your full potential, as well as, created several workshops to help you produce the life of your dreams.
“I am a mindset coach helping people just like you eliminate the negative emotions and self-talk that may be keeping you from reaching your full potential. The fancy letters behind my name stand for clinical hypnotherapist (CHT) with a certification as medical support specialist (CMS), meaning I teach people to use the power of their minds and emotions to change their physiology. And for the last 5 years in Arizona, and last 2 years worldwide using Zoom, I’ve been helping cancer patients with pain control, entrepreneurs with confidence, athletes with peak performance, students with test anxiety, and anyone who may be dealing with overwhelm, fear and anxiety.”
Craig the Clinician
Craig is a graduate of the Hypnotherapy Academy of America where he successfully completed 500 hours of classroom-style Clinical Hypnotherapy Training receiving his Certification as a Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist, as taught by leading experts in the field and physicians. He has also completed over 200 hours of continuing education training in hypnotherapeutic and neuro linguistic programming techniques.
Craig talks about his training…
“I trained at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America, which is the best hypnotherapy institute in the United States, and one of the top schools for therapeutic hypnosis in the world. Students from around Europe, Australia, South America and Asia fly to America to attend.
“And this is real education. This is a school that you actually go to and sit in a real classroom with around 25 or 30 other people. And it’s very intensive. It’s 9am – 6pm, Monday through Friday, for two and a half months.
“This is real training. You learn about the scientific basis for these healing techniques and modalities, and then you break up into small groups and you work with each other, practicing these processes over and over again. Then there’s homework and study groups on the weekend. The two-week medical hypnosis module was taught in part by medical doctors, Dr. Joaquin Dulcey, MD, a neurosurgeon, and Dr. Robert Sapien, MD, a specialist in emergency medicine and pediatrics. You walk out of the Hypnotherapy Academy program, 500 hours later, as a clinical hypnotherapist, knowing how to use these healing techniques with others to help them achieve their full potential in life.”
Craig practices Integral Hypnotherapy™—the adaptive, client-centered and collaborative approach to healing. Because Integral Hypnotherapy is adaptive and emphasizes collaboration between client and therapist, its healing possibilities as an effective adjunctive therapy are extensive.
Integral Hypnotherapy is the ONLY style of hypnotherapy that has been scientifically validated through a National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded study, which found it to be an effective, and in many cases, “superior” form of therapy. Based on a 4 year, 3-million-dollar NIH funded study treating Overactive Bladder Syndrome (Urgency Urinary Incontinence). Click Here for more details on the research.
It is estimated that only 5% of hypnotherapists have the 500 hours of classroom style certification training in hypnotherapy that Craig does. Unfortunately, the vast majority of hypnotherapists have only 80 to 200 hours of training, many through correspondence courses online, with little or no clinical skills supervision.
Craig is also a Fellow of the International Board of Hypnotherapy which has the highest certification standards in the Hypnotherapy industry requiring on-going learning for recertification. Craig’s professional training and education ranks amongst top 5% of hypnotherapists in the U.S.

My intention and purpose is to meet the needs of each individual person. Each client receives a personalized strategy that considers their unique conditions, needs and circumstances.
I do not analyze, diagnose, prescribe, or give advice during our hypnotherapy sessions. We do not meet so that I can “fix” you. If I claim the hero role in order to fix and save you then that would make you the victim in need of rescuing. You cannot heal from a place of victimhood.
Hypnotherapy activates YOUR natural healing process. It mobilizes your subconscious mind (the autonomic nervous system) to do the healing. Hypnotherapy doesn’t do the healing, it is a technique that actives your own natural healing potential.
Your subconscious knows better than anyone what the issue in need of healing is and how to resolve it. Though I will be coaching you through our hypnotherapy sessions together, all insights and guidance comes from you, the one person who knows you best.
That’s why, on average, most clients need 3 to 6, sometimes 8, sessions to achieve effective and long term results. We go straight to the one entity that has the answers, your subconscious mind.
Using the most appropriate hypnotherapeutic interventions, Integrative Hypnotherapy is a collaborative approach to physical, emotional, and mental healing. Working in partnership with you and helping you tap into your body’s natural and intuitive healing power allows you to maximize your own potential for health and well-being.
