I wanted to pass along these tools to help strengthen relationships. All things need maintenance, homes, cars, the body and of course relationships, especially when going through stressful times.



In my opinion the single greatest relationship tool is finding out your own and your partners “love language” (Words of Affirmation, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time, and Physical Touch).

This is really insightful. Lots of miscommunication and hurt feelings when one person needs to hear loving statements, but the other person’s language is acts of service so is doing chores around the house to show love. Both loving but they’re not speaking the same language and not getting their “tank” refilled.
